Description

This was a twin mount developed from the upper turret used on the Tu-95 "Bear" bombers. The naval mount was accepted into service in 1964 and was used on light ships.

These guns were gas-operated and belt-fed. The barrel was monobloc with a blade type breech. Fire control used a Ksenon-125 radar.
